Return Policy


1. The products are warranted for LIFETIME in terms of seams, zippers and/or manufacturing defects. If there is a defect in the materials of the product since its manufacture, it will be repaired free of charge. The useful life is understood as the estimated duration that a material can have, fulfilling correctly the function for which it has been created; because, depending on the use of the product, it will wear out as any material that is in contact with external factors. 2. This warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, bad care, bad washing, negligence, natural wear and discoloration process over time or overexposure. For backpacks and accessories it is NOT a cause of warranty that the product has scratches, wear, peeling, improper cleaning, deliberate damage, breakage and / or repair shops backpacks.


1. If the product you purchased has a manufacturing, quality or suitability problem, and you have complied with all the care recommendations, and the term of the warranty that has been offered has not expired, you can go to the establishment where you made the purchase, in order to meet your request for effectiveness of the warranty, we will proceed in the terms and according to the rules established in Title III, Chapter I of Law 1480 of 2011 - Statute of Consumer Protection and Decree 735 of 2013. JORMANDS is not responsible for diseases or medical conditions caused by the improper use or purchase of the products. 3. Exchanges and warranties for items purchased in other countries will not be accepted.


The right of withdrawal is the possibility given to the customer to request a full refund of the money paid as well as the return of the product received, within a period of 5 (five) working days following the delivery of the product, the cost of shipping must be borne by the customer.

By provision of the Consumer Statute, purchases made in non-face-to-face means, such as the Internet page and telephone sales, are subject to the Right of withdrawal.


1. The customer must fill out the form in the "Exchanges and Returns" section and request the right of withdrawal. 2. The customer must pay the value of the freight for the return of the product: In case of return of the product, the customer must pay the cost of the withdrawal, which has the same rate that was paid at the time of purchase. 3. The claim must be made within 5 (five) working days after the delivery of the product. 4. The customer must send the original purchase invoice or the document that proves that the product was purchased in JORMANDS Colombia. 5. The product must be new, unopened, unused, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, complete manuals and labels attached to it. 6. No exchanges will be made for products with any type of repair. 7. The price that is recognized when making the exchange or return is the value paid at the time of purchase.


1. To make a change you have 15 calendar days after the date of purchase; after this time you will NOT be able to make changes. 2. It is allowed to change the article by reference and / or color as long as these have NOT been used, damaged, or are dirty and / or has been made. The product must be in original condition, so it must come with ALL internal and external labels, otherwise NO exchanges will be accepted. 3. Exchanges are allowed for the same or higher value to the original product assuming the customer the additional cost. The price that is recognized when making the change is the value paid at the time of purchase. 4. Backpacks and accessories in promotion are NOT exchangeable.
