SHIPPING METHODS

We will ship the product you purchased to the address you specify. All you have to do is tell us your address, neighborhood, city and state at checkout. If you are not at your address, we will coordinate a new delivery. In case of residences with concierge service, the products delivered will be received by the staff on duty as long as they are over eighteen (18) years of age.

The rates for home delivery are as follows:

Shipping prices are calculated according to the subtotal of the merchandise before any discounts or promotions are applied.

Shipping 4-5 days 

Our shipments can be sent internationally by mail to your address. Shipping days are from Tuesday to Friday not including national holidays or religious holidays. If the order was completed before 2pm (Colombia time), the product will be shipped the same day. If the order was completed after 2pm (Colombia time), the product will be shipped the following day. Orders are not processed on weekends. Shipping will take between 4 to 5 business days. For some locations that are significantly far from major cities, travel times may be slightly longer.
